Article 1 Period and expiration and starting date
- Please acknowledge that the production work will be initiated after payment is confirmed because expenditure etc. are generated when producing beforehand.
- This contract is valid within six months from the expiration date on the day of this master agreement conclusion.

Article 2 About the manuscript material
- Please provide all the manuscript and material, etc. The extra fee will be charged for the editing of photographs. No fee will be charged without permission.

Article 3 About payment
- When contracting is within $500, please pay in full price right after the contract have made. If over $500, we ask you to pay first half right after contract has been made and the remaining amount and extra charge when we're done. - Please acknowledge that we don't pay back the production price received once as a rule beforehand.

Article 4 About the change in the design etc.
- When the layout needs to be modified, we charge separately because the amount of work equal with the re-production is required. Usually when changing the layout to HTML format, a charge of $100 per page is made. Clients with little modification and clients with numerous modification are charged with the same amount of production charge.

Article 5 About completion and the delivery
- We aim at completion and the delivery of goods the at the promised date, but please acknowledge a delay of approximately 2-5 days.
- The time limit scheduled at the first meeting might be delayed because of the delay of change, design decision in meeting, sentences and photograph of the customer etc. We need at least two weeks after all final material is ready.
- The completion is assumed when the website is updated to the internet server.

Article 6 About SEO measures
- Of course we aim at a high-ranking SEO measures but it is not guaranteed.

Article 7 About the method of counting the WEB page
- About two sets of A4 are assumed to be one page. When the amount of the manuscript on page 1 exceeds it, we might have to charge an extra fee.

Article 8 About the contract with the other companies like the rental server etc.
- Our company is not responsible for contracts with other company. (server,domain etc...)

Article 9 About the secret maintenance
- We will keep your information as number one priority, so l will publish only the ones that are permitted.

Article 10 About the responsibility limitation
- Our company is not responsible for any loss except in a circumstance where there is a deliberate or a serious fault from our company's side. Furthermore, even when our company assumes responsibility, our company doesn't assume the responsibility exceeding the amount of the bought commodity.
- Our company doesn't assume the responsibility of the copyright of photographs, sentences and images etc. at all.

Article 11 About the conforming method
- The conforming method concerning this contract is assumed to be a Japanese method.
- The lawsuit concerning this contract is made a jurisdiction of our address court.

Article 12 About the homepage design
- Some design or system is limited depending on your budget. We will show you what is possible and what's not.
- The meeting stage and some of a difficult movement and design etc. might differ from the design of the image in the HTML source on the function in the stage of final HTML.

Article 13 About meeting
- Basically send the image by the Internet, and exchange meeting by E-mail and telephone. Meet directly when there is a necessity, and make arrangements.

Article 14 About the update
- If you ask our company to update your website, we will charge you for an extra fee.
